Retail Sales

1. The Company operates a no refund policy.
2. All product is delivered in good faith in best condition.
3. Damaged books will be exchanged, providing it is reported to company within 2 working days of receipt.
4. Shortages must be notified on delivery.
5. The purchaser acknowledges that all rights are reserved and that any reproduction, whether in print or electronic media is forbidden. Any such infringement is a breach of copyright and will be vigorously pursued.
6. The Company reserves the right to charge a minimum admin fee of 50p on credit/debit card transactions below £10.
7. Where postage is within UK, delivery charge will be as notified in web site.
8. Deliveries outside UK, price on application.
